Since these items are custom, we cannot accept changes or cancellations. That said, if there is anything you need at any time, please email us at support@personalizedmemento.com. Wherever possible, we love to help! If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we might be able to change or cancel for you. 

We’re responsible to send you a perfect product. If you’ve received a defective item, please ship it back in new condition in the original packaging within 30 days for a full refund. We don’t pay for return shipping. If it breaks any time after it arrived, we won’t cover that. 

If the item you received is defective because of an issue from our end, we will definitely refund or replace the item at no cost to you. However, if the order has been fulfilled just the way it was ordered, please understand that we cannot accept returns, as we only sell personalized items. 

You’ll love the quick shipping. The average item ships from our NY warehouse after 3 business days. Some items take a bit longer, but you will always be given an exact lead time while you place your order. Once shipped, you can track the shipping here.

We offer economy shipping through Fedex or USPS, which means it’s however long they take. If you’re in a rush, you can choose 2-day, next day or Saturday delivery. 

If an order is delayed due to our negligence, we will refund you. However, if it’s because you placed the order too late or because of circumstances out of our control (like poor weather), we won’t take responsibility. 

If it’s before it was shipped—sure. Please email us at support@personalizedmemento.com to request the change. Include your order number. 

We only ship to US and Canadian addresses.

We can only personalize with letters or numbers. Hopefully, we’ll be able to offer more in the future. Please contact us if you want anything specific and we’ll let you know if it can be done. 

 

As for logos, we offer that for our corporate gift collection, with a minimum of 5 items. Our corporate department works differently and there may be an additional personalization fee or a longer processing time.

Absolutely, as long as the letters are standard English letters.

Personalizedmemento.com reserves the right to refuse production of prohibited content. Prohibited content includes content or material (text, images or photos) that Personalizedmemento.com believes:

 

  1. Is abusive, deceptive, pornographic, obscene, defamatory, slanderous, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate;
  2. Contains copyrighted material used without written permission of the owner;
  3. Violates or otherwise encroaches on the rights of others;
  4. Advocates illegal activity;
  5. Harms anyone, including minors; or
  6. Provides a link to any of the above.

Each product has a determined amount of space where your personalization can fit in order for it to look just perfect. You’ll see how many characters (which includes spaces or punctuation) are allowed when ordering the product.

Unique, personalized gifts are our specialty. Therefore, we don’t sell without personalization.

We take Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Paypal. If you want to pay in installments, you can use Afterpay. 

We know many of your items are sent as gifts and our packaging makes for a pleasant unboxing experience. If an item is delicate, we wrap it in protective material which ensures your product arrives in one piece.

We have to. Tax is based on the delivery address.

We are open to expanding our collection with more good stuff. If you’d like us to sell your item on our website, please submit it as follows:

 

  • Label each item individually with your company name, address, phone number and wholesale cost.

  • We are unable to pay for the samples or shipping costs. We also can’t return the samples to you.
  • If we’ll want to move forward, we’ll contact you.

We make personalized gift-giving easy, fast and letter-perfect — we guarantee it!
Our buyers select only the highest quality gifts, which are then customized just for you!  We inspect every item again for quality and accuracy before it ships to you or someone special.

We guarantee our personalized products to be free of manufacturing errors or product defects.  If there is a quality issue with your order, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt exchange for the same item, or immediate full refund.  Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect.  All refunds or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt.

We want your order to be made just the way you want it!  We understand that everyone makes mistakes (including us!)
Please review your personalization and order details before submitting your order.  Check spelling, dates and names carefully.  You are welcome to email us if you have questions about personalization, before placing your order.  Understandably, we are not able to accept cancellations or changes to orders once they are placed, as they are immediately sent into production.  NOTE: Personalized Memento also reserves the right to cancel your order at its discretion should the order be deemed inappropriate for language, content or material.

Understandably, no refunds can be issued for orders delayed (either shipping cost or merchandise value) due to adverse weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstance that may affect Personalized Memento or any of our carriers.   Thank you for understanding.
